Matthew Trace
Engineer
Matt is a JIB electrician with over 20 years experience in all areas of the electrical industry. He has worked with Ultimate for over 10 years now and specialises in Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV Installation and design.
Matt is also our go to customer based relations always putting the customer first.
Shaun McGovern
Engineer
Shaun has an impressive 40 years of experience within the fire and security industry. With outstanding expertise in gate automation, from design, installation, repair and maintenance.
Shaun will gladly listen to your security requirements and build a system that works for you.
Mike Johnson
Engineer
Mike has been working within the construction industry either on the railway or on site for 14 years. He has worked with mains electrics, data, fire alarm, intruder alarm and access control. Mike is currently studying for level 3 qualifications at City and Guilds standard.
Mike has been part of the Ultimate team for 4 years.
Mark Plock
Engineer
Mark is our IT expert, he has over 12 years of experience working within the fire and security industry and specialises in installing CCTV’s, IP Camera’s, POE Switches and Programming.

Tom is an experienced electrician with a JIB qualification and a keen eye for a high standard of work. He has worked for Ultimate Fire and Security Systems for the past 8 years and has touched on all aspects of the electrical industry. A hard worker who never backs down from a challenge.
Gary McGorrighan
Engineer
Gary has worked with and for Ultimate Fire and Security Systems for over two years providing effective electrical services for local authorities and residential projects. He is City and Guilds Level 3 qualified and currently has approximately 10 years of solid experience in data systems, electrical installation, cabling, AV systems and installation and implementation of fire detection and security systems.
